At Righteous Felon, we stand behind the quality of our craft jerky and snacks. If your order isn't up to our high standards for freshness and flavor, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Contact the Syndicate

  Email our support team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and any relevant photos of the issue.

  Case Review

  Our team will investigate the evidence and determine if your batch qualifies for a replacement or a full refund back to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Dispose or Return

  Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we typically do not require physical returns; we simply ask that you dispose of any unsatisfactory product.

• 4.
  Sentence Served

  Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately or a fresh shipment of jerky will be dispatched to your location at no extra cost.
